How Do I Find MLB Player Jameis' Workout Routine?

The internet is jumping all over Jameis for this unique workout. Saying things like "why?" "this makes no sense" "it's no wonder his career has failed so tragically"...in defense of Jameis, the MLB will be back before the NFL and as a 2014 Baseball America Preseason All-American he's obviously just keeping all of his options open.

In the 2020 NFL Season, Jameis will only be making a meager $1M...ask Sofia Franklyn, that's dirt poor. Did you see the contract Gerrit Cole got? Could Jameis be trying to come back to the MLB as the latest two way phenom? He's a young 26, he could still have time for one big contract, it'd explain the video...crazier things have happened, don't say I wasn't first. 

He could also simply just be testing the MLB's safety protocols with a new style of helmet. Manfred, the genius he is, couldn't have any old person testing this out...no, no that'd just be crazy talk. He needed someone with PR worse than his to do his dirty work. Fredo you sly dog you!

I still am in disbelief they made some poor woman write 70 pages of safety protocols for no reason whatsoever. 

Could Adam Silver Learn A Little Something From Rob Manfred? Who's to say.

Rough NBA timeline that was mentioned to me from a team exec today:
Early June - Back in facilities
Mid-late June - Camp
Early July - Travel to single-site
Mid July - Games start
Labor Day-ish - Season ends
Mid Sept. - Draft
Week later - Free agency
Xmas-ish - 20-21 season starts

Ah the notorious socially blind NBA, they never do anything for their players damnit. Now they're finding a way to bring their sport back? While maintaining good PR??? No no, that simply can't be the case. If Rob Manfred or "Fredo" as the fellas prefer to call him, taught me anything...it's that you want to leak insane "safety" protocols and paint your players as the villains for wanting to be paid. That's the route to bringing your sport back as quickly as possible, is Adam Silver a big dum dum?

Has Adam Silver made any statements on spitting? Didn't think so. Frankly, i'm tired of the MLB getting a bad wrap when they're consistently the first to get out ahead of these pressing issues. How many pages was the NBA's health guidelines for a return? Was it 67? I don't think so, Adam Silver is simply all about money and doesn't care about the safety of his players what-so-ever. Disgusting.

The NBA gets away with far too much gerrymandering and hoo hah and things of that nature. Stop messing around and tell us how you're going to control your employees like they're zoo animals, for once just get in touch with reality. These are the reasons Baseball is America's Pastime and blowing you guys out in ratings and popularity.
